CSD Admission and Application Requirements

The journey of spiritual direction is deeply enriched by personal experience. To ensure a strong foundation for guiding others, applicants to the Certificate in Spiritual Direction (CSD) program must begin meeting with a spiritual director at least 3–6 months prior to starting the program. A list of available certified spiritual directors will be provided and discussed with you.

Upon acceptance, CSD students are required to continue meeting with a spiritual director monthly throughout the duration of the program. This practice not only enhances personal spiritual growth but also provides essential grounding for the training and ministry of spiritual direction.
