About the Event
Leadership can take a toll, especially when the demands are layered with unaddressed trauma, chronic stress, and patterns that leave leaders depleted. Burnout is rarely just about having too much to do; it can also reveal deeper issues within a leader, a team, or the culture in which they serve.
This webinar will explore the intersection of leader health, burnout, trauma, and organizational culture. We’ll consider how unresolved experiences can shape the way leaders lead, communicate, respond to stress, and build relationships—and how healthy leadership requires both personal awareness and intentional care.
Together, we’ll look at practical ways to cultivate healthy leadership cultures and stronger teams marked by trust, communication, clarity, mutual care, and shared responsibility. The goal is not simply to prevent burnout, but to create environments where leaders and teams can grow, flourish, and sustain for the long haul.
