Spiritual abuse often hides behind the language of faith, authority, and obedience, leaving deep wounds in individuals and communities. During Spiritual Abuse Awareness Month, this vital webinar—“Spiritual Abuse: Why is it Important to Keep Before Us?”—invites pastors, ministry leaders, counselors, and believers to recognize how spiritual authority can be misused and how such harm can be prevented and healed.
Led by Dr. Mark Hausfeld, with psychologists Dr. Grant Jones and Dr. Nathan Davis, and counselors Dr. Beth Davis and Eve Austin, this conversation will identify the subtle dynamics of spiritual manipulation and control that erode trust, distort the image of God, and damage spiritual formation.
