About the Event

Understanding Spiritual Abuse: Signs and Symptoms of an Abuser and the Abused

Spiritual abuse involves using religion to control or harm others. For the abused, signs include feelings of guilt, shame, fear, and isolation, often paired with loss of autonomy or spiritual freedom. Abusers may exhibit controlling behavior, manipulation, and misuse of spiritual authority to dominate or exploit. Join Dr. Mark Hausfeld, Dr. Grant Jones, Dr. Beth Davis, and Nathan Davis for an insightful discussion on recognizing and addressing this critical issue to foster healing and healthy spiritual environments. Question from attendees during the webinar are welcome.
