About the Event

Ministry leadership is a marathon, not a sprint. Yet the demands of leadership can slowly deplete the very soul from which we lead. What does it look like to cultivate a life and leadership that can flourish over the long haul?

In this webinar, we’ll explore the connection between longevity, healthy leadership, and intentional spiritual rhythms with Rev. Dr. Debbie Lamm Bray and Rev. Terry Inman. Together, we’ll consider the importance of retreating with God, creating space for rest and renewal, and developing spiritual practices that sustain us through the changing seasons of leadership.

Rather than simply adding more to an already-full schedule, we’ll explore how rhythms of abiding, retreat, reflection, and renewal can help leaders remain rooted in Christ and lead from a healthy, sustainable center.

Come discover practical ways to build a life with God that not only sustains your leadership today, but helps you become a "Leader Who Lasts."

Rev. Debbie Lamm Bray, PhD is a minister, leader, teacher, researcher, author, mentor, and coach with more than 30 years of ordained ministry experience. After serving in church, Christian university, and ministry leadership, she sensed God leading her toward a long-held desire to foster spiritual and leadership growth and provide safe spaces for ministers and Christian leaders. When God said, “Now,” Leaders Who Last was born. Debbie holds a master’s degree in theological studies and a PhD in higher education with an emphasis in organizational leadership. She teaches and writes on theology, calling, ministry, and Bible, coaches and mentors leaders, and leads CliftonStrengths workshops for ministry teams. At the heart of her work is a belief that embracing lifelong growth with courage and humility is foundational to authentic Christian life and healthy leadership—helping create Leaders Who Last.
