Tim and Eve Austin

The Austins worked for AGWM in Tajikistan and Turkey for 20 years before relocating to Northern California and then Idaho. As a credentialed ICF coach, Tim is passionate about how missional leaders navigate life, leadership, and ministry transitions. He offers individual and group coaching services through his practice, Encompass Life Coaching. Eve is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in private practice in Idaho. During her time overseas, she was a mom, educator, entrepreneur, and counselor for global workers, refugees, and survivors of human trafficking. Tim and Eve have also served in various pastoral roles overseas and stateside. They love listening to people's stories, the outdoors, and hanging out with family. The Austins have three adult TCKs, one grandson, and one granddaughter.
