"Called to Wholeness: Forming Spirit-Led Leaders through Spiritual Direction" A Partnership between AGTS & IMW

In a time when many pastors, missionaries, and church leaders face spiritual exhaustion, emotional isolation, and ministry burnout, the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary (AGTS) is stepping forward with a timely and Spirit-empowered solution. In partnership with the Institute for Ministerial Wholeness, AGTS is launching a Certificate in Spiritual Direction designed to form leaders who minister out of deep spiritual health and relational intimacy with Christ.

This two-year cohort-based program with one year of supervision provides biblical, theological, and Pentecostal practical training in spiritual direction, equipping leaders to accompany others on their journey with God. Through personal formation, contemplative rhythms, a Rule of Life, and supervised direction, students learn to listen, discern, and guide others with spiritual wisdom and grace.

This certificate is especially relevant to pastors, missionaries, and lay leaders across the Assemblies of God who are hungry for personal renewal and called to walk with others toward wholeness.…
