Weight and Health: The Journey to Live Longer and Better
After decades of serving Christ while quietly neglecting his body, Dr. Mark Andréson began “The Journey to Live Longer and Better.” What started as a health crisis became a spiritual awakening. God’s transforming grace reshaped his habits, restored his energy, and renewed his calling. Today, Mark lives, leads, and serves from a place of strength, endurance, and stewardship.

After decades of serving Christ while quietly neglecting his body, Mark began “The Journey to Live Longer and Better.” What started as a health crisis became a spiritual awakening. God’s transforming grace reshaped his habits, restored his energy, and renewed his calling. Today, Mark lives, leads, and serves from a place of strength, endurance, and stewardship. This webinar invites women and men in ministry, missions, and the marketplace to reclaim their God-given calling to honor Him through physical health, resilient leadership, and lifelong vitality.
Rev. Dr. Mark Andréson has served in next-generation ministry for nearly 30 years and is the

In 2014, after a lifelong struggle with health and weight, Mark began “The Journey to Live Longer and Better.” God’s transforming work has since enabled him to run marathons, climb mountains, and better steward grace in life and ministry alongside his wife, Kim, and their son, Jono.
