It encompasses not only what we do, but who we are, how we love, where we serve, and the unique ways we participate in God's work in the world. Vocation is less about finding the perfect role and more about responding faithfully to God's invitation in every sphere of life.

David Robinson, Ph.D., is a leadership coach, minister, author, and speaker who has spent nearly six decades equipping leaders in the church and marketplace. Since 2005, he has served full-time as an executive leadership coach, helping leaders in ministry, business, government, and education strengthen their leadership, clarify their vision, and fulfill their God-given vision. He holds degrees in Applied Theology and Organizational Leadership, serves on the Board of Regents for Logos University, is an adjunct professor of leadership, and is a Certified Trainer for The Five Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace. David is the author of several leadership books. He and his wife, Marie, have three children, eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, and live in the Chicago area.

Dr. Kim Martinez serves at the intersection of faith, work, and leadership. After five years in full-time pastoral ministry, she continued serving as a bivocational pastor while pursuing leadership roles in the workplace, higher education, and nonprofit organizations. Today, Kim serves as Operations Manager for the Washington Roundtable, Executive Presbyter for the Metro Region of the Northwest Ministry Network, and a bivocational pastor at Shoreline Community Church and the International Community Center. Passionate about vocational discipleship, Kim helps people recognize God's voice and discover that vocation is one of the primary places where God forms us, works through us, and invites us to join Him in His work in the world. She and her husband, Wes, are the parents of four children and grandparents of two.
