Stephanie Smith is an innovative, strategic leader with a lifelong passion for spiritual health and transformation. With a gift for visionary development and a grounded, relational approach, Stephanie excels at mentoring, collaboration, and breaking through barriers to release new dreams in people and organizations.

 

Stephanie and her husband, Dwayne, serve as lead pastors of Shoreline Community Church in the Seattle area. An ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, she has served ministers in the Northwest Ministry Network leading retreats and leadership cohorts. As a Certified Spiritual Director, Stephanie has mentored leaders globally—both in ministry, missions, and the marketplace.

 

Her ministry background spans decades and regions, with experience as a teaching pastor and in areas such as strategic planning, ideation, church planting, and communications across the Midwest, Pacific Northwest, and East Coast. She holds a B.A. in Communications and an M.A.R. in Biblical Studies. She is currently pursuing a DMin in Leadership and Spiritual Formation from Portland Seminary.

 

Outside of ministry, Stephanie enjoys painting, all things British, board games, and time in nature, and meaningful conversations with friends and family. She also loves exploring coffee shops with Dwayne, the ultimate coffee connoisseur. Together, they have four young adult children—three sons and a daughter.
